We're looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Operations team in Newcastle – someone who genuinely loves business development, enjoys being out with clients, and thrives in a market-facing, commercial role.

What you'll be doing
Developing and growing new and existing client relationships across the Operations space
Proactively winning new business and expanding accounts through meetings, referrals, and market insight
Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and senior stakeholders
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process while maintaining a strong client-first approach
Representing Jackson Hogg in the market – meetings, site visits, and industry events
Working collaboratively with delivery-focused colleagues to ensure an exceptional service
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant (or Senior Consultant)
A clear track record in business development and client engagement
Confident, credible, and comfortable leading conversations with clients
An interest in manufacturing engineering sector
Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven by results
Someone who enjoys being visible in the market, not desk-bound
