Occupational Therapist Team Manager, Enfield Overseeing a busy in house therapy led reablement service. You will work closely with the CQC Registered Manager and OT Assistant Team Manager to deliver a reablement service focussed on supporting residents to achieve independence following hospital discharge and residents in the community. You will be responsible for the supervision of OT staff, delivering a therapy led reablement service, ensuring the service is outcome focussed and meets the goals of the residents using the service.
