Main Purpose of the Role:

The Brand Manager will support the development and execution of impactful brand activations, working closely with the Head of Brand Marketing and cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities include contributing to product launches, conducting market research, maintaining brand documents, assisting with photoshoots, and collaborating with both internal and external teams to achieve brand objectives. This role is crucial in driving brand activations and supporting the achievement of key objectives that contribute to overall brand success.

Responsibilities & Duties:

● Bring exciting ideas and passion to the team and your role, contributing to innovative brand development and campaign execution.

● Support brand development across multiple sectors, including idea generation for campaigns, product launches and new model research/bookings.

● Execute activation plans for product and campaign launches, including planning photoshoot briefs, organizing samples, and managing key photoshoot & brand documents.

● Maintain and update key internal brand documents for accuracy and accessibility.

● Support with the organisation, planning, and execution of photoshoots across e-commerce, lifestyle, and campaign needs.

● Lead photoshoots for both photo and video projects, including brief writing, shoot coordination, and post-production development for launches.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, merchandise, creative) to ensure smooth workflows and timely content delivery, while also assisting with internal and external brand communications.

● Organize and distribute content and information to relevant teams ahead of launches for seamless coordination.

● Manage relationships with external creative teams to ensure effective collaboration.

● Develop and maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels.

● Assist in the development and execution of brand strategies to enhance brand awareness and positioning.

● Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and principles.

● Conduct market research to track consumer trends, competitor activity, and industry insights.

● Manage brand budgets, invoices, and freelancer bookings across all brand activations and photoshoots (including travel and accommodation bookings, location/venue bookings and model/photographer/HMUA bookings).

● Plan and write some copy for web, social media, and CRM.

● Support the broader brand team in executing brand activations.

● Support your line manager and Head of Brand Marketing with influencer activities and brand events as needed.

Person Specification:

● Will have a minimum of 2+ years working in a similar role

● Extremely well-organised & excellent time management skills

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills

● Energetic, self-motivated and proactive

● Strong problem-solving skills

● Enthusiasm for the field and eagerness to learn.

● Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

● Ability to work in a fast paced environment, working on multiple projects at one time.
