An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-established and highly respected National and Independent Recruitment Agency brand as a Branch Manager, leading from the front with autonomy and confidence. You will deliver local recruitment solutions across both temporary and permanent markets. You\'ll be responsible for sourcing and placing high-quality candidates while providing a first-class service to both existing and new clients. This is a varied position combining sales, service, and operational management, including responsibility for budgets, P&L, and financial reporting. You will play a key role in driving branch profitability and growth, with the opportunity to expand and develop your team. Responsibilities
* Lead from the front as Branch Manager with autonomy and confidence.
* Deliver local recruitment solutions across temporary and permanent markets.
* Source and place high-quality candidates while providing a first-class service to existing and new clients.
* Manage budgets, P&L, and financial reporting; drive branch profitability and growth; expand and develop your team.
* Mentor and develop others while taking ownership of a key branch within the network.
* Ensure compliance and legislation knowledge (including right-to-work requirements) is applied across all activity.
* Build lasting client relationships and maintain a strong recruitment focus.
Qualifications
* Strong recruitment background with a solid understanding of industry processes, compliance, and legislation (including right-to-work requirements).
* Strong leadership, organisational skills, and attention to detail—particularly around compliance.
* Experience as a Branch Manager or Senior Recruitment Consultant ready to take the next step into management.
