qualified Independent Prescriber
(Pharmacist or Physiotherapist) to enhance patient care in a supportive healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Independently assess, diagnose, and prescribe treatments.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality patient care.
Contribute to medicines management and prescribing audits.
Requirements:
Independent Prescribing qualification.
HCPC or GPhC registration.
Strong decision-making and communication skills.
