Job Description
In this role, you are responsible for providing regional operational marketing support to the food division’s strategic marketing initiatives. You will work collaboratively with the regional marketing team, marketing stream leads, shared services, regional business leaders and sales to ensure alignment and execute plans.
Responsibilities
Work closely with the Regional Marketing Director, Regional Marketing Team, local business specialists, and sales teams on the operational implementation of the Water Division’s strategic marketing plans and campaigns in your region and countries, utilizing all available marketing channels through an integrated approach
Design marketing material for online and print campaigns
Assist in the creation, scheduling and management of content for social media
Conduct research into customer trends and behaviours and report to management
Assist in managing and updating the company website as required
Perform all operational tasks related to the promotion of the presence of the division at selected events, trade shows and conferences
Conduct data analysis into the success of campaigns
Execute digital marketing for the region including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media
Monitor and collate the results of every campaign implemented, by tactical channel, and report these in a timely manner
Help update the campaign plan schedules that allows water strategic marketing and sales teams to access and track the status of each campaign’s production and execution, by channel
Use your initiative to explore better ways to target customers, bringing innovative ideas on proposed new channels to market through partnerships and other collaborations that can help you build our customer pipeline
Any other ad-hoc duties as required.
Qualifications
Minimum bachelor’s degree in marketing, or related field
Minimum 3 years proven track record in implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns in a matrix environment
Strong project management skills and detail orientated
Experience in planning and executing successful digital marketing campaigns
Working knowledge of running paid promotional campaigns on different social media and search engines
Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research
Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
Ability to digest and report results of marketing campaigns by channel
Strong time management and organizational skills
Team player with the ability to build a strong rapport with all stakeholders
Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite and marketing automation tools such as Pardot, Salesforce, web, Asana, and other systems an advantage
Understand brand positioning and how this is integrated into a campaign communication
Experience of working in regional markets with an appreciation of cultural differences
* Demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines and work well under pressure
Excellent communication - written, verbal and presentation skills
Proficient in English and German
Collaborative, proactive, approachable, and dependable
Willingness and ability to travel (approx. 10%)
