About the Role
Reporting to the Managing Director and sitting on the leadership team, this Head of Sales role is pivotal, with responsibility for shaping sales strategy, driving revenue performance and strengthening an established internal and external sales function.
* Leading the overall sales function across internal and external teams
* Developing and delivering sales strategies to grow revenue, customer base and market share
* Driving performance through clear targets, reporting frameworks and improved visibility
* Optimising CRM systems to support performance tracking and target setting
* Building stronger alignment across sales, marketing, commercial, customer service and operations
* Supporting delivery of the business’s longer term growth strategy, including its five year plan
* Embedding strong leadership, clear standards and a high performance culture
About You
This is an opportunity for a hands on sales leader who can operate strategically while staying close to delivery, bringing structure, pace and accountability, while developing a high performing team and helping scale the business for the future. You\'ll have;
* Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, ideally as Head of Sales or Senior Sales Manager ideally from a manufacturing or industrial background
* Demonstrated experience of growing customer base and market share within a B2B sales function
* Confidence balancing strategic thinking with a hands on, delivery focused approach
* Strong CRM and sales performance management capability
* A collaborative leadership style, with the credibility to influence across the business
* Resilience, adaptability and the ability to thrive in a growing, evolving environment
