As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a Trainee Picker Packer to join our production team — someone reliable, practical, and ready to develop within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build long-term skills in warehouse and production operations, with full support and training provided.
The Role
You’ll play an important role in ensuring products are prepared, packed, and ready for dispatch to the highest standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Receiving and checking incoming pick lists
· Locating products accurately within the warehouse
· Wrapping and preparing items for dispatch
· Loading and unloading vehicles safely
· Monitoring stock levels and assisting with re-stocking inventory
· Maintaining clean and organised working areas
· Following health and safety procedures at all times
· Supporting quality standards across all packing and dispatch activities
· Assisting other departments when required
