About the role
Asset TV is the world’s leading online video research and learning platform for investment professionals, with offices in London, New York and Cape Town, and is growing fast.
We are looking for a bright, detail orientated candidate to join our media operations team, working closely with sales, production and digital marketing. You will be dealing with multiple projects, with a positive can-do attitude and delivering high-quality work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
You will:
* Create and manage video records for both in-house and client-supplied media
* Schedule media to go live, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met
* Liaise with clients to ensure smooth delivery of campaigns and resolve queries
* Manage and process expiring media and ongoing content updates
* Provide first-line support across multiple channels
* Develop a strong understanding of internal systems, workflows and processes
* Collate and deliver reporting on content performance
* Work with internal teams to ensure reporting is accurate, timely and aligned to client objectives
* Use data to highlight trends in engagement and support campaign optimisation
* Act as the voice of the client, feeding back insights and sentiment internally
* Support the day-to-day running of the office environment
* This is a varied role where no two days are the same, combining media operations, client interaction and reporting with light office coordination responsibilities

Essential skills
* 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
* Strong communication and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
* Driven and motivated to deliver a high standard of client service
* Experience with customer management and support
* Strong understanding of project and workflow management
* Professional with clear and confident communication skills
* Fluent in spoken and written English
* Eligible to work in the UK
