One of my luxury fashion clients is looking for an experienced Ecommerce Manager to help grow the direct to consumer channel.
In this role, you will:
* Define and execute digital strategy across paid, organic, social, and email.
* Support a digital agency to increase ROAS and ensure marketing spend is effective.
* Ensure the website provides a frictionless shopping experience measured by improved conversion rate.
* Manage the Shopify website ensuring the product catalogue is accurate and international pricing is correct.
* Propose markdown strategy to ensure margins are balanced with terminal stock quantities.
* Use Shopify, GA and other analytics tools to measure performance against budget and last year. Ensure learnings are evidence based and propose actions to improve where possible.
They are seeking a results-driven digital professional with:
* Experience in luxury or premium clothing or accessories brand.
* Strong command of paid media, conversion optimisation and enhancing growth.
* Strong Shopify and analytical skills.
* A tenacious attitude to problem solving and agency management
* Good time management skills with an ability to manage multiple parallel projects
