The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their busy and friendly team based in Aldershot.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator or customer service professional looking for an ongoing temporary position with an immediate start. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting day‑to‑day operations, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining efficient administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing incoming customer enquiries via telephone and email
- Providing professional and efficient customer service at all times
- Processing customer orders and updating internal systems accurately
- Maintaining customer records and documentation
- Liaising with customers regarding orders, deliveries and general enquiries
- Supporting internal teams with administrative tasks
- Updating spreadsheets, reports and company databases
- Handling customer queries and escalating issues where required
- General office administration and coordination duties
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- Previous administration and customer service experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook and Excel
- The ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks
- A proactive and organised approach to work
- A positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team
