We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Lettings Administrator to join our busy and established Martin & Co Aldershot office.
Working within and supporting the Property Management Department, you will assist in the smooth running of a 500+ fully managed residential portfolio. This is a fast-paced, positive environment where attention to detail and strong organisational skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Managing compliance documentation including:
EPCs
EICRs
Gas Safety Certificates
Handling deposit registrations and prescribed information
Issuing Section notices in line with current legislation
Monitoring compliance deadlines and maintaining accurate records
Answering inbound calls and supporting landlord and tenant enquiries
Providing administrative support to the lettings and property management teams
Assisting with the day-to-day running of a large managed portfolio
What We're Looking For
Previous administration experience (essential)
Property experience (preferred but not essential)
Excellent attention to detail
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload
Positive, can-do attitude
Strong IT skills
Confident and professional telephone manner
Team player who thrives in a fast-paced office
