Overview
A Senior Technical Analyst – HR Systems is sought by this multi-national technology developer to be based at their R&D Centre in Swindon. The Senior Technical Analyst – HR Systems will be working with both IT and HR as well as external stakeholders assessing needs, developing business requirements, creating and implementing specifications for new and existing HR systems and tools. The Senior Technical Analyst – HR Systems will also be responsible for maintaining, configuring and optimising HR systems ensuring scalability, performance and integration with existing business-critical platforms.
Responsibilities
* Work with IT, HR and external stakeholders to assess needs and develop business requirements for HR systems and tools.
* Create and implement specifications for new and existing HR systems and tools.
* Maintain, configure and optimise HR systems to ensure scalability, performance and integration with business-critical platforms.
Qualifications
* Several years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Onboarding, Performance and Goals) and SAP HCM, and other enterprise architectures (SAP, Workday, PeopleSoft, ADP, S4 HANA, Azure AD).
* Experience with HR process automation.
* Ability to demonstrate a track record of creating and implementing business requirements specifications.
* Exposure to Jira and ServiceNow ticketing is beneficial.
* Right to live and work in the UK (fully authorised).
