This role ensures a smooth customer experience from the initial inquiry through to confirmed workshop appointments.ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding vehicle repairBook appointments with customerConfirm availability, estimated repair durationsProvide customers with accurate informationFollow up on existing bookings and update customers on changes or delaysHandle cancellations, reschedules, and general customer concernsLiaise with mechanics, and other departments to ensure seamless coordinationMaintain accurate customer records and notes in the internal systemMeet performance targets related to call handling, bookings, and customer satisfactionRequirementsStrong telephone communication and interpersonal skillsCustomer-focused with a polite, professional attitudeAbility to manage bookings and scheduling efficientlyBasic understanding of vehicle servicing and repair terminology (training can be provided)Competent with internal call centre systems and standard computer applicationsPrevious experience in a call centre or automotive environment is preferredClean UK/ or equivalent Driving LicenceRTW in the UK without restrictions (PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT OFFER SPONSORSHIP)Desirable AttributesCalm under pressure and able to handle high call volumesStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work well both independently and in a teamA passion for delivering excellent customer serviceIf you are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and want to be part of a vibrant team at Formel D, we invite you to apply today!
