Job description We are looking for an Accounts Assistant, who will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our business. Your responsibilities will include: Core Tasks: Accurately preparing and inputting purchase and sales invoices into Xero, Conducting bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records. Assisting in the preparation of VAT returns, ensuring accuracy. Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of relevant accounts experience. Previous experience with Xero is a strong advantage. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial tasks. Excellent organisational skills to manage tasks efficiently. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a small team. Effective communication skills to interact with colleagues and stakeholders.
