Accounts Administrator required join this Newark based small, close-knit team.
Genuine permanent role: initially offered on a temp-to-perm basis, paid weekly via the agency. After a successful probationary period, you’ll transfer to a permanent contract with the company.
This is a hands-on role covering a bit of everything – sales and purchase ledger, using Sage 50, order processing, and general administrative support for the Site Manager. With a team of three in the office, you’ll be stepping into a position previously held by a valued colleague retiring after 7 years.
Flexible 25 hours per week – ideal for semi-retired professionals or working parents.
What we’re looking for
1. Proven accounts administration experience, ideally including Sage 50 and Excel.
2. Comfortable handling sales and purchase ledger tasks and general office admin.
3. Reliable, organised, and happy working in a small, office environment.
4. Friendly attitude and willingness to support a small team wherever needed.
