One of the UK’s largest and fastest growing Chartered Wealth Management Firms is looking for a financial services professional with experience of project management, acquisitions and internal recruitment for an initial 12-month fixed term contract, to cover maternity leave. Due to ongoing growth, the successful candidate will almost certainly be presented with a permanent opportunity following completion of this initial contract. Opportunities exist for funded and supported development in several areas within the business and funded DipFS and a career towards financial adviser status is a real possibility. Role Overview The Growth Executive will manage a panel of acquisition targets in conjunction with the Growth MD, managing their integration path to full acquisition, supporting the Partnership and National business through recruitment and project management functions. Key Responsibilities § Being the initial point of contact for all queries and requests with client firms. Escalating to the MD where required. § Maintaining an overview of the potential recruitment needs and opportunities for IFA’s, Paraplanners outside of HO and Mortgage Advisers. § Track the progress of recruits into the business and with recruiting managers, HR and Certification team. § Use Linkedin Recruiter Tool to proactively contact sufficient candidates as agreed with Growth MD and track progress. Coordinating activity with M&A team to avoid duplication of contact. § Maintain internal recruitment awards/payments coordinating with relevant departments for internal recruitment introductions § Maintain connection with identified universities templating the success in the NE, through Heads of Office ensuring activity is maintained. Experience Required § A good overall understanding of the UK IFA market, regulatory environment and relevant products and services within the industry § The ability to contribute and deliver to a business plan with track record of meeting targets § Detailed and ability to interpret data. § Strong written, oral and decision-making skills § Analytical and problem-solving capabilities § Client and service-oriented approach § Good application of Microsoft tools § Ideally industry qualifications or desire to work towards achieving these
