How will you make an impact?

Your mission will be to craft within the boutique a universe that will deliver a One Of Not Many memorable client experience, create a fulfilling employee experience, and implement a strong clientelling approach to drive ambitious and sustainable business results.

How will you experience success with us?


Business development:

* Contribute to the growth of the brand’s reputation and desirability in the market by participating in networking activities outside of the boutique, including client events.
* Develop relationships with Harrods Personal Shopping and Penthouse teams.
* Initiate boutique events and activities through partnerships to boost sales and traffic.
* Be aware of the local business environment and its impact on sales, including competitors’ activities.


Clienteling:

* Collaborate with the boutique team to drive and monitor all CRM and clienteling initiatives.
* Lead by example and develop individual relationships with clients and prospects.
* Build and develop the VVIP database.


Boutique performance and operations management:

* Achieve quantitative and qualitative targets aligned with brand objectives.
* Propose, define, monitor, and ensure the implementation of dynamic action plans to meet sales targets.
* Drive, monitor, and report performance, developing in-depth knowledge of the boutique business.
* Demonstrate sales leadership for staff and set performance targets with relevant KPIs.
* Implement changes and ensure adoption of new tools and services.
* Manage boutique operations in accordance with brand and group policies.
* Ensure compliance with all brand and Richemont procedures to optimize team performance on the shop floor.


Represent brand identity - Act as a Maison ambassador:

* Act as an ambassador for the brand, maintaining its integrity with clients and within the retail community.
* Serve as the key contact with the Group and International HQ, organizing visits and events.
* Adhere passionately to the brand’s presentation values and rituals.


Team management & people development:

* Design the optimal organization, recruit suitable profiles, and ensure a proactive talent pipeline.
* Develop positive relationships with the team, understanding individual motivations and needs.
* Identify training needs and curate personalized development plans.
* Improve team performance through regular role plays and coaching.
* Lead, motivate, and train the team professionally.
* Foster a cohesive team spirit and engagement.
* Communicate and motivate around the brand’s strategy and vision.
* Drive performance management to meet and exceed KPIs.


Requirements:

* 4+ years of retail management experience, preferably in high watchmaking or high-value luxury products.
* Proven track record in boutique performance, covering qualitative, quantitative, and operational aspects.
* Clienteling and hospitality mindset.
* Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Self-starter with a team-oriented approach.
* Availability to work retail hours, including nights and weekends.
* Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
* Strong understanding of customer service priorities and local market knowledge, especially of Harrods if possible.
* Excellent computer skills; SAP experience is advantageous.
