The Role
As Store Manager, you will be the face of the store and the leader your team looks to for inspiration, guidance, and coaching. You will be accountable for all aspects of the store, from commercial performance to team development, ensuring a customer experience that exceeds expectations. xsngvjr

Leading, coaching, and developing a motivated, high-performing team
Driving sales, KPIs, and overall store performance
Managing store operations including stock, visual standards, and payroll
