Job description We’re looking for a compassionate and reliable Waking Night Support Worker to join a dedicated team supporting children with learning disabilities, autism and behaviours that challenge. As a Support Worker, your presence and care throughout the night will provide reassurance and stability for children who need it most. As a Support Worker, your role will include: * Supporting children during the night, ensuring they feel safe, cared for and calm. * Providing practical and emotional support, including with personal care and night-time routines. * Monitoring the wellbeing of each child and managing any incidents using a person-centred and trauma-informed approach. * Keeping accurate records and communicating effectively with day staff to ensure continuity of care.
