Shift: Day shift (06:00 to 14:00, Monday to Friday), with flexibility to move to 08:30 to 17:00 as the business expands
Key Responsibilities
* Plan daily labour and manage absences effectively
* Address efficiency challenges
* Troubleshoot machinery issues
* Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality and safety standards
Experience Required
* Solid background in production planning, lean manufacturing, and machinery operations
* Experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Benefits
* Salary: £31,200 (£16/hour), with overtime paid at 1.33x, 1.5x, and 2.0x rates
