36 hours per week over 7 days on a rolling rota including alternate weekends

As an advocate for our residents, you will play a crucial role in planning daily activities, creating tailored care plans, and ensuring individual needs and choices are met. Key responsibilities of the role include:
* Medication administration and care planning
* Providing physical, emotional, and spiritual support to residents
* Maintaining safeguarding principles
* Taking responsibility for shifts as Nurse in charge
* Team management and shift planning
* Infection prevention and control
* Liaising with GPs and multidisciplinary teams
* Upholding clinical governance standards
About you
Demonstrating compassion, dedication, and commitment to enhancing residents' quality of life. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential. You seek opportunities to develop your clinical skills and are committed to achieving the best outcomes.
Previous experience is preferred but not required. Whether newly qualified or experienced, we support your career development through tailored training and development programs.
Essential qualifications and skills:
* A recognized Nursing qualification by the UK NMC
* A valid UK NMC PIN and registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN), Learning & Disability Nurse (RNLD), or Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
* Ability to assist residents with mobility and perform physical tasks
Additional skills required:
* Strong clinical decision-making, leadership, and care planning skills
* Syringe driver experience
* Catheterisation, bloods, PEG feeding, stoma care, medication administration
* Understanding of Mental Capacity Act and Deprivation of Liberty safeguards
Role is subject to DBS checks to ensure safe recruitment.
