About the role
As a Barista Maestro (Team Leader), you'll begin to take on leadership responsibilities, accountability, and autonomy. Your daily tasks will include managing operations, stock control, health & safety, store marketing, and other engaging activities. Each day, you'll strive to deliver uplifting experiences for customers and motivate your team to prioritize excellent customer service.
