Our Global Enterprise client is looking for Support Technicians to join their team in multiple locations.
Location: Onsite in one of the following locations: Lisburn, Colchester, Carterton, Northwood, Shefford
NOTE: Active SC Clearance will be required.
Responsibilities:
1. Migration setup.
2. Set up Refresh Clinic.
3. Refresh laptops.
4. Move devices as instructed by the Contractor Engineer and Site Manager from onsite storage to the Refresh Clinic.
5. Login to systems as required using devices provided, under instructions.
6. Collect existing devices from users and hand over new devices according to the migration schedule.
7. Update the Contractor’s workflow management system at all relevant steps.
8. Report issues promptly to the Contractor Engineer and Site Manager.
9. Pass unresolved issues to an onsite Post Migration Support Engineer.
10. Conduct daily manual stock checks and report findings.
11. Package collected devices for disposal or refurbishment, marking boxes accordingly.
12. End of day, move all devices and equipment to onsite storage.
