As the Contract Manager you will oversee a Residential contract working on planned works primarily FRA / Fire Risk Assessment works
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the delivery of a Planned works contract, ensuring works are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
* Oversee planned works programmes, with a focus on FRA / Fire Risk Assessment works, Fire Doors
* Act as the primary point of contact for the client
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, statutory requirements, and industry best practices.
* Conduct site visits, inspections, and client meetings to maintain service levels
* Report to senior management on performance, progress.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in contract management within construction or social housing.
Salary: £65,000 - £70,000
Travel allowance provided or Vehicle / Fuel card
Yearly Bonus
