What does this role involve?
You will work closely with our customer team to modernise current products and services, as well as manage new products.
You will be responsible for the value and viability risks of a product and overall accountable for its outcomes.
You will monitor all aspects of a product's performance to inform the product roadmap and own the product backlogs by prioritising business needs.
You will conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats, as well as gather customer insights to inform product decisions.

Your extensive commercial Product Management experience with CRM systems and the Customer Journey will be key to success.

Your experience in competitor analysis and opportunity identification will help deliver better products to our customers.
