About The Role
In your role as a Care Assistant at HC-One, you’ll value kindness above all. It touches upon every aspect of our Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes. Every person working here understands that our residents are individuals with their own stories to tell.
By joining HC-One, you’ll have a wonderful opportunity to give back to these individuals.
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and committed Care Assistant to join our team. Whether providing long-term, short-term, convalescence, respite, or palliative care, our focus is on delivering the highest quality service at all times.
As a Care Assistant, under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents. This includes assisting with personal care activities such as washing, hygiene, dressing, and helping with meals.
Your care will come from the heart, ensuring residents maintain their dignity and individuality. You may help residents with limited mobility, provide emotional support, or deliver end-of-life care, always prioritizing their well-being.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. It is important to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know the appropriate actions to take. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training relevant to their role and to seek advice and report concerns as needed.
