Morson Talent are currently recruiting for an Administrator to work on the behalf of one of our prestigious Aerospace clients based in Yeovil. This role is a contract until December 2025, with possibility of extension.
To ensure the continued performance & output required by the business, it is requested to continue with the temporary labour employed through last year.
Duties include:
- Sending quotation requests for SAP requisitions & preparing price comparison reports
- Sending quotation requests for AFP/RFQ's & uploading in SAP
- Sending technical data requests i.e. 2D Drawings, 3D Models & Technical Specifications
- Invoice clearance, Country of Origin, GTIN activity, QN activity, Supplier Qualification
- General administration duties including the running of team reports
Regular Remote Worker (~20% onsite), 37 hours per week.
