Responsibilities
 * Identify and maintain key and development accounts within push industries
 * Represent the company’s portfolio of products and services, ensuring these are assigned to customers
 * Ensure key accounts needs and expectations are recognised and met by the company
 * Understand order forecasting, annual usages and development steps of Key Accounts.
 * Plan, pitch & deliver strategic methods with an aim to secure on-going and adhoc projects with a main focus on the Key Accounts
 * Analyse existing customer base, to promote repeat and new sales
 * Negotiation with approved suppliers, to enable effective procurement
 * Successfully manage multiple line of enquiries concurrently
 * Competitively quoting products within the company portfolio and following these up accordingly
 * Provide technical support and guidance to promote full product range
 * Meet targeted retention and development KPIs
 * Conducting relevant market research enabling competitive and strategic bids
 * Engaging in a high level of effective communication with Customers/Suppliers
 * Ensuring marketing strategies are fully exercised to grow business and promote brand awareness
 * Utilising the CRM system, to accurately manage, maintain and report on leads, orders, and information
 * Training of new Account Managers on sales functions and processes.
 * Support the Account Managers with internal queries.
 * Cover of Sales Team Leader with management of inbound enquiries and distribution
 * Make targeted outbound sales calls
 * Receive and handle inbound sales
 * Adhoc – any other role requested and deemed necessary by member of the management team
