Description
Ultra PCS are looking for an Incoming Repairs Coordinator to be responsible for the receipt and booking in of our customer returns, ensuring efficient & accurate movement through to the Repairs process.
Key Responsibilities:
* To receive and book in customer returned units identifying the correct reason for the return
* To ensure the movement of customer repairs to the correct area within the business.
* To liaise with the Repairs team to manage queries arising in a timely manner.
* To ensure data is accurately input into ERP system.
* To undertake projects and data collection on request of Customer Repairs Account Manager.
* Review and suggest improvements to existing processes updating as necessary.
* To carry out any other duties as may be reasonably requested by the Customer Repairs Account Manager.
* 145 Support Staff training.
Qualifications/Experience:
* Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Be a well organised, robust, self-motivated team player.
* Excellent core IT skills
* Works effectively with others
* Demonstrate a flexible approach
* Proactively able to manage own work to achieve objectives
* Use own initiative within the scope of the role
* Seeks solutions to problems encountered
* Makes timely decisions within the scope of the role
