We are now seeking an experienced and proactive Concierge Supervisor to lead and support our Floor Concierge and OSS teams on-site. This is a working supervisor role — combining hands-on operational delivery with the leadership, development, and motivation of a high-performing team.
About the Role
As Concierge Supervisor, you will ensure our client receives exceptional front-of-house and office support services every day. You’ll set the standard for service excellence — leading by example, developing your team, and ensuring a consistently professional and customer-focused experience.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Supervising and supporting the Floor Concierge and OSS teams to deliver outstanding service.
* Providing cover for concierge duties during team absences.
* Managing day-to-day staffing matters, including holiday requests, sickness, and return-to-work interviews.
* Conducting monthly team meetings to maintain communication and engagement.
* Assisting the Operations Manager with monthly reporting and administration.
* Ensuring professional presentation, appropriate staffing levels, and effective handovers.
* Maintaining department tidiness, safety standards, and compliance with procedures.
* Promoting Paragon’s culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
* Supporting team development, training, and succession planning.
What You’ll Bring
* A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
* Experience in office or concierge services (mail, couriers, reprographics desirable).
* People management experience
* A confident, professional, and solution-oriented mindset.
* Competence in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
* The ability to work independently, take initiative, and inspire a team.
