The right person for this role will; Hold a relevant teaching qualification with demonstrable schools based experience - or for Early career teachers (ECT) who are looking to gain further school based experience. Be able to build a good rapport with students and fellow teachers Demonstrate fantastic behaviour management, in line with the schools policies Be proactive, engaging and adaptable - with a keen desire to make a difference to children through their education. Up to date curriculum knowledge - detailed planning and marking is mainly provided - the right person should be able to demonstrate updated curriculum knowledge in order to implement and lead the planned lesson accordingly.
