As HEOR Manager, you’ll work alongside the Senior HEOR Manager on the development of health economic and outcomes evidence to optimise patient access to Sanofi products in the UK & Ireland. The role works collaboratively to provide HEOR solutions that support an integrated market access plan.
Main responsibilities:
1. Develops submissions for new products or new indications to HTA organisations
o Maintains up to date knowledge of UK/IE HTA guidelines and processes and keeps abreast of HTA developments to ensure that the most suitable methods are employed.
o Collaborates with internal functions such as the commercial and medical teams on development of the submission and submission strategy.
o Project manages the submission and response process and ensures all key stakeholders are kept informed of progress (internal and external).
o Manages external vendors as required.
2. Generates HEOR evidence that demonstrates the value of Sanofi products and ensures optimal access for patients
o Conducts landscape and gap analyses to support the development of an integrated evidence generation plan.
o Works closely alongside Medical teams, field based colleagues and the Global HEVA/market access team in developing / evolving the evidence base/value messages for products to meet the needs of the UK/IE market.
o Conducts high quality, timely evidence generation to support access to Sanofi’s portfolio.
o Provides input into global evidence generation projects to ensure outputs will meet UKIE needs.
o Collaborates with brand team to secure resource for proposed HEOR projects.
3. Collaborates with new product planning team and global teams to formulate early UKIE plans for pipeline assets
o Uses expertise to inform UK assessment of pipeline assets.
o Supports development of early evidence generation plans.
o Collaborates with global team on early scientific advice projects.
About you
* Master’s qualification in Health Economics.
* Experience in HEOR either in agency and/or a healthcare company.
* HTA submission is a must.
* Attention to detail and organisation focus.
* Strong team player with cross-team working ability.
* Ability to balance multiple priorities at the same time.
