This is an excellent opportunity for a tenancy or lettings professional to step into a pivotal role, managing tenancy performance, driving retention, and ensuring compliance across a large‑scale portfolio.
The Role
As Tenancy Manager, you will take ownership of tenancy lifecycle management, working to minimise voids, maximise rental income, and deliver a seamless customer journey. You will collaborate closely with internal teams including Property Management and Finance, ensuring efficient processes and high service standards throughout.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage tenancy anniversaries, renewals, and key milestones across the portfolio
* Lead rent review processes, including negotiations and statutory notice issuance
* Drive resident retention through proactive engagement and high service delivery
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth tenancy transitions and compliance
* Maintain accurate tenancy records and system updates
* Handle tenant enquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely resolution
* Support tenancy administration including documentation and payment setup
* Monitor and report on key KPIs including retention and customer satisfaction
* Ensure full compliance with UK lettings legislation and internal processes
About You
* Experience in residential lettings, tenancy management, or renewals is essential
* Strong understanding of UK lettings legislation and compliance requirements
* Knowledge of BTR or PRS environments is advantageous
* Highly organised with strong administrative and time management skills
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities
* Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
* Strong attention to detail and a collaborative approach
