Key Deliverables Discovery: As-Is/To-Be process maps (aligned to SAP TRM/FI-CA), functional/non-functional requirements catalogue, and gap analysis. Solution: User stories with acceptance criteria, data migration mapping, and updated business rules for payments/debt/reconciliation. Testing: UAT scenarios/scripts, SIT defect triage support, and formal sign-off evidence. Go-Live: Business readiness assessments, updated operational procedures, and training content input. Governance: Weekly reporting and RAID log management (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies). Key Milestones Discovery: Stakeholder workshops complete; process docs and requirements baselined. Design: Requirements and user stories signed off by Finance/Programme stakeholders. Build/Test: Test scripts approved; UAT execution and defect resolution completed. Technical Profile Tools: JIRA, Confluence. Systems: Experience with ERP (Business Central) and Financial/Tax modules (SAP TRM/FI-CA).
