Duties And Responsibilities
* Assist the kitchen team with food preparation, cooking, and presentation, ensuring dishes meet Hyatt’s quality and consistency standards.
* Maintain the highest levels of hygiene and food safety in line with company policies and legal requirements.
* Support senior chefs with daily kitchen operations, including stock rotation, mise en place, and delivery checks.
* Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment by communicating effectively and supporting colleagues.
* Take initiative in learning new skills, recipes, and cooking techniques to develop as a professional chef within Hyatt Hotels.
About You
You are passionate about food and eager to develop your culinary skills in a professional kitchen. A true team player, you thrive in a fast-paced environment, bring a positive attitude, and take pride in delivering high standards. While previous kitchen experience is a plus, your enthusiasm and willingness to learn are what matter most.
