Responsibilities:
As a Finance Business Partner, you will…
* Lead and develop a team of 8, consisting of analysts and Finance Managers
* Partner with multiple operational business units to deliver actionable insight and challenge performance
* Lead on P&L analysis, translating financial data into clear strategic direction
* Sign off on management account and ensure accurate financial reporting
* Influence senior non-financial stakeholders by presenting financials in an accessible, meaningful way
* Support business planning, forecasting and strategic decision-making initiatives
Requirements:
As a Finance Business Partner, you will need…
* ACA/CIMA/ACA qualification (or studying)
* Proven experience in a strategic finance or FP&A/Business Partnering role
* Strong commercial acumen, and ability to drive profitability through insightful analysis
* Confidence working with senior stakeholders, with the ability to influence and explain complex financial data to non-finance colleagues
