We are currently looking for an Contract Support Administrator on permanent basis of which you'd be joining a small friendly team. The successful candidate will have a "can do" attitude and be prepared to assist in other areas as required.

Reporting to the Office Manager, main duties will include:

To work with their allocated team of Senior Account Managers and Account Managers to process all internal paperwork from quote stage through the final completion report. This will include; o Issuing small value quotes / clear sample results.

o Processing Work Calculation Sheets (WCS).

o Processing maintenance contract/additional work orders including RAMS.

o Assist in the maintenance of quote/remedial action Logs.

o Assist in the ordering of materials & labour.

o Assist in the booking in of work.

o Assist in the production of reports/spreadsheets.

o Sending final reports and certificates.

o Maintenance of the fleet spreadsheet and records .

* Ensure all service work is completed as detailed under contractual agreements, in accordance with the

Sayvol service standards (&/or clients specification). Using a mixture of PPM planning tools and online records.

* Updating internal training records.
* Provide support to all members of the administrative team.
* To present the company as a credible and professional service partner.

* To be able to prioritise tasks to meet agreed deadlines.
* Excellent IT skills – ability to extract and analyse data to produce clear, concise reports.

* Commercial acumen.
