Overview
Our busy client in the Dungannon area currently requires an experienced office administrator to join their team.
Responsibilities
* First point of contact in the office, dealing with the customer enquiries and answering all calls
* All administrative duties to include dealing with Solicitors and processing all residential and commercial sales and let’s paperwork.
* Deal with all rental paperwork – Contracts, Tenants Deposit Scheme etc
* Assist with the arrangements in the maintenance for properties
* Creating adverts online on Propertypal, Website, Property News and Facebook.
* Inputting all new data onto internal system and updating all new records using different Microsoft office devices to include Office and Excel
* Assist the Financial Services team with admin support – processing applications for finance and insurance
* Updating client and customer information within the internal database
Essential Criteria
* Minimum of 5 GCSEs including Maths & English
* 2-3 years administration experience
* Excellent Customer Service skills and telephone manner
* Able to work on own initiative
* Experience of Microsoft Office – Word & Excel
