LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR Location: Dorking, Surrey Salary: Basic £27K OTE £30,000 (depending on experience) Rising once ARLA qualifications are completed. Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week, 5 days per week including alternate Saturdays (with a day off in lieu) Own car / Full license - milage paid 0.45p per mile The Opportunity An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Negotiator or Senior Lettings Negotiator to join a well established and highly respected property business in Dorking. This role would suit an energetic and driven property professional who enjoys working in a fast paced lettings environment, building relationships with clients, and playing an active role in generating new business and progressing tenancies. The Role As Lettings Negotiator / Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in the day to day lettings activity of the branch, supporting landlords and tenants throughout the lettings process. Your responsibilities will include: - Responding to telephone and email enquiries from prospective tenants and landlords - Registering and qualifying applicants to understand their property requirements - Matching applicants to suitable properties and arranging viewings - Conducting property viewings and presenting properties professionally - Negotiating tenancy terms between landlords and tenants - Providing viewing feedback and market updates to landlords - Writing accurate and engaging property descriptions - Taking high quality property photographs for marketing purposes - Working closely with the Branch Manager to stay informed about upcoming instructions - Liaising with administration and property management teams to ensure a smooth tenancy process - Monitoring local market activity and competitor properties This role offers a varied and busy working environment where strong organisation, communication and negotiation skills are essential.
