New Homes Sales Coordinator
Location: Loughton
Salary: £50,000 + bonuses

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious New Homes Sales Coordinator to join our clients growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within the property industry, with clear progression into client relationship management and potential future sales responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the New Homes sales team
* Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, including brochures and property listings
* Compile and maintain pricing reports and sales data
* Coordinate and support marketing campaigns for new developments
* Attend meetings alongside senior leadership to gain exposure to business strategy and client management
* Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations
* Maintain accurate records of enquiries, leads, and sales progress
Development & Progression:
This role is designed as a stepping stone into a more senior position. You will work closely with the Director, gaining hands-on experience and mentorship to develop your understanding of:
* Developer relationships
* Business development strategies
* Winning and retaining new homes instructions
There will also be the opportunity, if desired, to progress into a sales role and actively sell properties in the future.
Requirements:
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
* Interest in the property or real estate sector
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Desirable (but not essential):
* Previous experience in property, sales, or marketing
* Familiarity with CRM systems
