High Intensity CBT Therapist – Purbeck & East Dorset
We are recruiting a fixed‑term High Intensity CBT Therapist for the Purbeck and East Dorset area.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide one‑to‑one high‑intensity CBT within a stepped care model for adults with common mental health problems, including depression and a range of anxiety disorders.
* Deliver therapy both face‑to‑face and online, with an expectation to work at least one evening per week until 20:00.
* Work as part of a team and receive regular clinical supervision.
Essential Qualifications & Skills
* Qualified CBT therapist with relevant experience.
* Excellent administrative, time‑management and communication skills.
* Experience working within the NHS or a similar organisation is highly desirable.
