Showroom Sales Assistant - flexible hours at Thubelisha. Join to apply for this role with flexible hours in a showroom environment focused on delivering excellent customer service and sales results.
Responsibilities
* Create and maintain a loyal customer base through proactive engagement, building rapport and generating new and repeat business.
* Deliver an exceptionally high level of service.
* Work with in-branch colleagues to build relationships and cross-sell to trade customers.
* Help ensure the bathroom showroom is known locally and promote the brilliant service offered.
* Strive to make the showroom the best to anticipate and exceed customer needs.
* Support the Showroom Sales Manager with the day-to-day running of the showroom and assist in sales development; visit customers in their homes to take measurements and assist in designing bathrooms; attend and potentially run networking events.
Work Hours & Availability
You will be contracted to a set minimum number of hours per week and must be flexible to work 16 – 37.5 hours per week within operating hours: Monday–Friday 7:30am – 5pm and Saturdays 8am – 4pm.
Qualifications and Skills
* Previous sales experience in a similar environment is preferable; the right positive attitude is important.
* Results-based mindset with ability to influence and persuade; energetic, enthusiastic, and customer-service oriented.
* Willingness to develop through training and build strong customer relationships to drive sales.
* Flexible with working hours and able to respond to customer and business needs.
