* Hours: 21 hours per week, part‑time, rota basis including weekends and evenings (4 pm–10 pm)

This position is open to both internal and external applicants, with 5 posts available. We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic and self‑motivated Personal Wellbeing Assistant to join our strong Community Enablement team.
About the role
A Personal Wellbeing Assistant provides all aspects of care in a person’s own home, including personal care, assistance with medication, and support with meals and drinks. The role requires a genuine interest and commitment to providing high‑quality care and support to adults, promoting their privacy, dignity, choice and independence.
Responsibilities
* Deliver personal care to clients in their homes.
* Assist with administering medication.
* Support clients with meals and drinks.
* Promote privacy, dignity, choice and independence for all clients.
Qualifications & Personal Attributes
* Experience in personal care for adults, or equivalent.
* Strong caring, hardworking, honest and reliable qualities.
* Ability to work on a rota, including weekends and evening shifts.
* Willingness and ability to travel across the city.
* Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.
