Our Nuffy Bear Day Nursery is seeking a Senior Early Years Educator/Senior Nursery Nurse to be based at our nursery located within our Nuffield Health gym.

As a Senior Early Years Educator, you should be qualified to NVQ Level 3 in childcare studies (or equivalent) and have experience working in a nursery setting.
As a Senior Practitioner, your responsibilities will include:
* Leading a small team to maintain high standards
* Delivering full day care, sessional care, and pre-school for children aged 3 months to 5 years
* Promoting health and wellbeing to give children the best start in life
* Ensuring learning is linked to each child's development
* Maintaining effective communication with parents, carers, and external professionals
* Adhering to current legislation, safeguarding policies, and procedures
