About the Role Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you’ll lead the development and implementation of a scalable, future-focused talent strategy. Your work will ensure that the right people are in the right roles — now and in the future. This role combines strategic oversight of: Leadership Development & Succession Planning Executive Recruitment Governance Internal Talent Mobility External Partnerships & Early Careers PipelinesYou’ll have the freedom to shape the talent function while influencing key decisions at Board and Exec level. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a cross-functional leadership development framework Lead succession planning and high-potential initiatives across countries and departments Own executive and senior-level recruitment strategy and delivery Standardise recruitment processes and governance across multiple sites Partner with business leaders to embed capability planning into workforce strategy Build and manage early careers programmes (e.g., apprenticeships, graduate schemes) Lead third-party recruitment partnerships with a focus on value and performance Provide strategic insights to the Executive team, backed by meaningful KPIs and market intelligenceWhat We’re Looking For Essential Experience: Senior-level experience in talent development and senior recruitment strategy Proven success in designing and scaling leadership development programmes Strong background in recruitment governance and executive hiring Ability to influence and advise at Board and Exec level Skilled in managing relationships with external recruitment and training providersDesirable: Exposure to European employment or recruitment practices Commercial mindset with the ability to link people strategy to business outcomes Strong communicator with the confidence to challenge and guide senior stakeholdersKey Attributes Trusted: A dependable, credible partner across all levels of the business Passionate: Committed to driving meaningful change and sustainable growth Dynamic: Forward-thinking, proactive, and solution-oriented Collaborative: Able to work cross-functionally and lead through influenceWhy Apply?
