This company has been established for over 70 years, providing industry-leading building services to the health sector and beyond. They are experts in the design, installation, and maintenance of a range of services, from air conditioning to drainage and duct work. Working on major projects throughout London, they lead multi-million-pound hospital servicing projects.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team of fitters and welders, along with the expertise to service and maintain HVAC systems across multiple projects.
You will be assigned a primary project to supervise and assist on additional projects when required. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the service and maintenance of pipework and heating installations.
This role suits any HVAC supervisor with experience leading a team of engineers in the building services industry, seeking career progression and skill development through in-house training.
The role:
1. Oversee and coordinate the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems.
2. Manage a team of technicians to troubleshoot HVAC issues and conduct preventative maintenance.
3. Consult with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Ensure compliance with relevant safety and regulatory standards.
5. Complete and process paperwork related to HVAC maintenance and servicing.
The person:
* NVQ Level 3 in an engineering-related field.
* Experience in an HVAC supervisor role.
* Full UK driving licence.
