Are you a creative, hands-on marketer looking to make a real impact? We’re on the hunt for a Campaign Marketing Manager who’s eager to take ownership of end-to-end campaigns across email and direct mail, while bringing fresh ideas and design flair to the table.
About the role
We’re looking for a proactive and creative Campaign Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns with a strong focus on email and direct mail (DM). You’ll manage everything from campaign planning and content creation to performance analysis.
This is a hands-on position where graphic design skills and basic HTML knowledge will be key. You’ll collaborate across teams to deliver cohesive, brand-aligned campaigns that drive engagement, leads, and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel campaigns (email + DM).
2. Create visually impactful marketing assets – social graphics, email banners, DM collateral.
3. Build and send targeted emails using marketing automation tools.
4. Use HTML to support email and landing page optimisation.
5. Oversee direct mail development and targeting.
6. Monitor campaign performance and present insightful reports to leadership.
7. Ensure all campaigns are aligned across channels and consistent with brand identity.
Preferred requirements:
8. Experience in print and production processes.
9. Familiarity with UK data protection and GDPR compliance in marketing.
10. Creative flair with a strong eye for detail and brand consistency.
11. Qualified Marketeer with a strong creative & design background
12. Looking to grow their skills & competencies across the different customer marketing topics
Additional Information
13. Salary: £40,000
14. Location: Kemble, Cirencester
15. Working pattern: Hybrid – 3 days on-site (Tuesday to Thursday)
