Role: Learning & Development Manager Location: Wythenshawe Hours: 40 per week Mon-Fri Salary: Up to £44,000 DOE + benefits This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced contact centre Learning & Development Manager to join a contact centre client based in Wythenshawe. This role is fully office based. Do you have a passion for training? Have you experience within L&D for contact centres? The duties of the Learning & Development Manager: Lead team development initiatives, including the creation of the academy of progression across the employee life cycle. Own content for the team knowledge hub. Design and deliver L&D programmes for the team including query resolution and compliance training to maintain high operational standards. Use our digital QA systems to evolve and monitor team performance, conducing audits on processes and assessments of compliance, and execution of our triage processes. Ensure regulatory compliance across the team. Collaborate on cross functional projects. Conduct Skills Audits. Work in close partnership with our teams, knowledge and training teams to ensure alignment and shared best practice.Familiarity with regulatory affairs (OFGEM/SEC/QA) is highly desirable.
