Role Overview
We seek a talented Resource Advisor who thrives in a people-centric environment and views challenges as growth opportunities. You will work alongside passionate professionals to create an inspiring workplace, foster growth, and implement strategic initiatives that make a lasting impact.
* Collaborate with the UK Resource Manager, Resourcing Group, and recruitment team to develop resourcing strategies.
* Define processes to optimize resource utilization across the firm.
* Support the rollout of firm-wide planning software to streamline resource management.
* Ensure client teams are composed of experienced and knowledgeable personnel for maximum benefit.
* Negotiate with senior stakeholders to meet resourcing and strategic needs.
* Provide pragmatic advice on manpower planning and resource management.
* Match staff to challenging and developmental roles.
* Balance individual and business needs to ensure optimal utilization and revenue.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in Resourcing within Professional Services or a commercial environment.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Effective interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
* Commercial awareness and strategic mindset.
* Excellent planning, multitasking, and workload management skills.
* Relationship management skills to build trusted partnerships.
* Organizational and administrative excellence.
* Willingness to travel to build networks and relationships.
